By enrolling, or participating in any academic workshop, course, or clinical training offered by academy of ophthalmic sciences (online or offline), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, registering for any program, or engaging with our content or services, you acknowledge and agree: That you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. That you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.
Note: If you are registering on behalf of a minor or third party, you take full responsibility for their compliance with these Terms.
2. Description of Services (Academic & Training)
• Online and offline workshops, training programs, and webinars in association with reputed eye hospitals
• Services may vary in format, duration, trainers, and content. Academy of ophthalmic sciences reserves the right to change or update any offerings at its sole discretion.
• Courses & Clinical trainings are not recognised by national Medical commission or any state Medical Council
• CME are conducted only by prior permission from competent authority

3. User Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Do not share your access credentials with others.
• Maintain respectful and professional conduct during sessions.
• Do not record, distribute, or reproduce any session content without written consent.
• Use learning resources only for personal education, .
• 4. Fees and Payment
• All fees must be paid in full before participation.
• Fees are non-refundable, except as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.
• We are not responsible for third-party transaction failures or charges.
5. Certificates and Recognition
• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion and after evaluation
• Hard copy certificates may involve courier/handling charges.
• Academy of ophthalmic sciences may withhold certificates for misconduct, plagiarism, or incomplete participation.
6. Code of Conduct
• Attend sessions punctually and actively engage.
• Avoid harassment, abuse, or disrespect towards staff.
• No unauthorized promotions or sales during events.
• Offline participants must follow host institution’s decorum.
• Violation may result in expulsion without refund.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
By registering, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as per our Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with academic partners for training/certification purposes. We do not sell your personal data.
12. Modifications and Updates
Academy of ophthalmic sciences reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Ranchi. (Jharkhand)India
